• You must be of legal age to join and promote puZcash.com sites.

• We DO NOT support or accept illegal sites (Child, Incest, Bestiality, Password Trading or Warez sites) to join our program and promote our sites!

• We reserve the right to deny any webmaster admittance into our program for using illegal content, if the webmaster is located in a high fraud area, or for any other reason.

• puZcash.com will pay you 50% Revshare, this is recurring for as long as the member stays in our system. We will also pay you 10% referral for webmasters that you refer to our program.

• If you make more than 50 sales within 30 days, you will get paid 70% lifetime revshare, as long as you make sales. If we don't receive sales within 60 days, your revshare will be reduced again to 50%.

• You may send traffic via exit-consoles, enter-consoles, blind links, text links, banners Consoles, Thumbnail/Pic Post, and MetaRefresh. We supply a huge promotional material archive which is updated regularly or you can make up your own material provided it conforms to puZcash.com Terms and Conditions. We will assist you if needed with the modifications on your websites.

• By signing up you understand and acknowledge that puZcash.com can and most likely will send out emails (newsletter) to all webmasters that join

• By signing up you acknowledge and agree that puZcash.com reported stats are the agreed upon and only file(s) to be used to determine the number of hits and sign ups sent.

• puZcash.com reserves the right to not report sales to webmaster accounts if it is felt such sales were generated by fraud or for any reason puZcash.com deems necessary to protect puZcash.com as a company. Sales not reported will not be paid upon. One reason this is necessary is due to the large number of transactions we receive where the customer signs up and cancels over and over again, or is found to be using a stolen credit card. We do not get paid for this and therefore cannot pay you for such sales.

• We DO NOT allow newsgroup or email spamming. Bottom line is if you spam.

• You may NOT hot link any of our content from our server, if you do, you WILL be cancelled without pay. There are exceptions to this and where stated, you may ONLY hotlink hardcore banners that we have specifically specified on the banners page! No other hotlinking will be tolerated. Your account will be closed immediately without further pay.

• If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We WILL co-operate with the proper Authorities and hand over ANY and ALL information collected by our system! We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely.

• Payouts are processed bi weekly. There is a $50.00 minimum balance before a check will be sent. Any amount under $50 is carried over to the next pay period.

• puZcash.com is not responsible for loss or downtime of servers.

• We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than 30 days or for any reason we see fit.

• If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid at all. • We reserve the right to terminate the account of any webmaster who posts to message boards, emails or messages our other affiliates, or speaks negatively of us.
